Hydro-Vac offers a variety of specialized services with an excellent safety record.
Hydro-Excavation
- Where an auger cannot be used, such as, close to fiber optic lines, natural gas lines and underground electrical cables.
- Done with a specialized water pressure nozzle in conjunction with a vacuum truck allowing for safe placement of posts and hydro poles without risk of damaging underground lines and cables. It is ideal for any depth of hole in any type of soil.

Confined Space Tank Cleaning
- Hydro-Vac has experience in gas freeing
fuel tanks that enables hot work to take place
- Surface preparation for application of various
types of protective coatings
- Hot wash units up to 4,000 P.S.I.
- Water Blasters up to 20,000 P.S.I.
- Rotary nozzles up to 15,000 P.S.I. for water
blasters
- Cleaning of ballast tanks, seabay tanks,
fuel tanks, sludge tanks and other various types of holding tanks
within ships for the Great Lakes
3-D Nozzle Tank Cleaning
- Where confined space entry is not feasible
- A specialized 3-dimensional high pressure water nozzle
- Capable of spinning and turning in any direction to clean entire tank
- May also be used in specialized applications during confined space entry

Sewer Flushing
- For both Municipal and Industrial use
- High pressure/high volume water 2,500 P.S.I. 55 gal/min
- Built in power vacuum unit, PTU 750 vacuum pump
